Spaghetti & Co.

We were designing a kitchen for the Italian Trattoria on the Main Square in Krakow. There was not much room. Standard modular units (without J at the end) were hard to set up due to limited space. The workspace was optimized with a custom-built kitchen. The whole set on induction appliances, a built-in refrigeration table and an unusually mounted convection oven gave an extremely satisfactory effect. Thanks to all these solutions, the kitchen can easily serve a restaurant for over 100 people on just 16 m2.
