We have known Sylwester, or rather Sylwek, for a long time. We have been following the development of his company for almost 10 years. At first, he ran a pizzeria where they also sold lunch meals. Later, a delicatessen and over a dozen of their own shops. Today they also manage three canteens in Krakow. With each new place the scale is bigger as the experience is different. The staff canteen in the Astris office building is a flagship location, expected to attract further venues. We are keeping our fingers crossed.
